4. cant open eve!!! - in EVE Technology Lab [original thread]
Im having the same problem whenever I run eve without using the "run as administrator" option in Vista. Not sure if its related but I get the same symptom. The splash screen comes up, and then it dies without going to the login screen.

Reading the above posts I imagine its because the offensive capability of the Caldari towers is too poor for low sec or 0.0 - the locations where youre gonna have these reaction chain set ups.

Thanks for the info. Why would the Caldari one be best for Cap Ship safe cynos? Thats the only thing in the above posts that I cant see the reason behind?

Thanks for the info guys. Why say the Caldari one for cap fleet cynos? Is the Amar one second for Sov because it can do the 2nd most effective damage or is there another reason behind your choices? On that note - would you always fit the POS's...
